Help please!!! Hatching day

I have valley quails in a foam incubator right now and it is my first time with quails. A few eggs pipped yesterday and I see movement in a couple but no hatching. One of them I think is trying to hatch because I can visibly see it peking but it's been like that for a day. I heard it too! It's pip hole is facing towards the bottom and might have rolled that way, what should I do? Is the humidity not highly enough for the shell to break through?

Please help me
