We are new to the world of Chickens and have two 8 wk old silkies named Tinkerbell and Minnie. One is Lavender and Minnie is black. I still have them inside and am slowly introducing them to three female hens that are a few months older and in the coop already. WIth our current heatwave our "girls" will have to stay in a bit longer. Fingers crossed they are girls. Any advice is welcomed!!! Michele and Sophia (9yrs 0ld)

You could put "Look but don't touch integration." in the search box and it should pop up. That is the kindest way to introduce new to older.

Thanks. I will look that up! We have been taking them to coop for play dates behind a screen so they start getting used to each other.
