How old are her chicks?

Her chicks (two) are between three and a half to four weeks..
Here is the younger of the two..

I don't have hands on experience with these beautiful birds. I think it would be wise to remove the mother's eggs, in hopes that she will continue taking care of her chicks. Are the chicks still getting fed by mom?

And here's a funny..the youngest chick (the one in the pic) sits on the eggs hissing as if protecting them
