We have only 3 boxes but we're designed for 9 girls. We now have 13 and you hear them arguing over their favorite every morning. Now, one of our Buffs has gone broody and deciding to add more boxes and build her a special place. Need some advice.

This is a 6x20 coop and run design. Cover coop is 10ft. We are unhappy with their roosts and all seem to pile up on the one to the right at night. The single one next to the food doesn't much get used at all. Thinking 3 more boxes next to the others and remove the smaller roost which would make 6 total boxes next to each other. Now we need to figure out the roosts which we are so undecided. Having 3 little ones always in and out of the coop, it has to be pretty kid proof too.
Now, Buttercup has gone broody so we have to make a place for her. We have hatched in the garage inside an incubator and then moved them to a broder for 2 months, but never let the hen hatch her own. More so haven't the slightest idea of how to make this happen inside the coop while being seperated from the flock for safety of the chicks. So where do we build what?

Help!!! Pictures would help with any ideas you all may have
