Pullet-shut customer support

I ordered one of their doors recently and before I even had it up and running on my new coop I received a call from the maker. A very polite gentleman informed me that some of their doors recently were shipped out with faulty boards. I checked mine out and sure enough mine was bad. I called them back the following day and was told a new board was going in the mail that day. I am impressed with the support/service. I just don't see that kind of exchange between manufacturers and their customers very often these days. I thought some of you may like to know about the great service and how good it really feels to do business with honest folks. Cheers to the pullet-shut people.
