Need help with my ducks eggs to hatch

My duck abandon her nest so I decided to use my heating pad to keep them warm and see if that helps they should hatch some time next week that's if they do. I don't have an incubator so what can I do to keep them warm and eventually hatch? This is her first time sitting so I'm worried that the ones out side and the ones I picked won't hatch. I stepped out outside tonight and she went back to the nest but she was not on them all day. Will they hatch our should I just loose hope and not expect ducklings this year?

I have never hatched ducks or chickens but, I believe duck eggs need a certain temp and humidity. Put "Duck thread," in the search box and it will pop up, then ask your questions there. Good luck to you.
