Does anyone know what's wrong with my poor truffles?

Yep. Looks like pox. Fingers crossed it's just the dry pox and not wet pox. With supportive care, most adult birds survive dry pox. Isolate her, and disinfect everything thoroughly.

Welcome to BYC. Dry fowl pox looks like that, and since there are scabs around the eye, you may want to clean her eyes and apply some Terramycin ointment to her eyes twice a day to prevent an infection that could blind her. Look inside the mouth and throat for yellow patches if any one seems to not be eating and drinking, or especially sick. Don't disturb any of the scabs which can spread the pox virus. It usually lasts 2-3 weeks, and most recover.
