What is this swollen lump on my chickens foot?? Help…thank you :

She's been limping for a couple weeks. We have soaked it in peroxide and put antibiotic ointment on it with a band aide and medical tape. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is there a dark scab on the bottom of her foot? Looks like an advanced case of bumblefoot. Bumblefoot surgery is required to treat such an issue.

Thank you both for the reply's. There is a small black dot/scab in the center on the bottom of her foot. Looks like I will need to do the surgery or find a good local vet.
