Hello there, and welcome to Backyard Chickens! Oh boy, the suspense of waiting for chicks! I have never incubated them, but I know waiting for them to come in the mail tests my patience! If you have any questions about incubating chicks, you can post your questions in this page:--http://www.backyardchickens.com/f/5/incubating-hatching-eggs. If you have any questions about rearing the new peeps, the folks on this page are a tremendous help!https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/11/raising-baby-chicks. Thanks for joining us, good luck with the hatch!

!!! Congratulations on your becoming a chicky Momma!
What type of incubator did you choose for your 'babies'?

Generally they start pipping or hatching at 21 days. What breed are you trying to hatch? Were your temps correct throughout the process?
