My chicken's are very scared even my rooster lost 9 bird's already got up this morning to find another hen dead inside the coop what animal would kill them they either leave head on with neck gone our take head but never do anything to the body I'm worried here need advice please?

If your coop is locked up then look for small 1 to 2 inch holes that a weasel can get in. To kill only one bird is rare for a weasel but I guess anything is possible. I assume in 9 losses you've closed off any large openings and made sure there is no tunneling into the coop so it's got to be a weasel.

Weasel maybe rat's have tunnels dug all in my coop easy for mink's our weasel but the way my bird's are being taken out is very strange never seen this kind of killing at all it's odd
