Hello there! I'm a blogger and writer on all subjects related to simple, self-reliant living. At the moment I'm working on a book about raising small livestock (in particular chickens and goats) in the backyard - aimed more for people who don't have a lot of space and are trying to make the most of what they do have. The book is going to have a rather technical aspect with lots of charts, schemes, etc, and I'm looking for fun stories and personal testimonies involving chickens (and other poultry, goats, sheep, etc) to give an entertaining aspect. I'm going to contribute my own chicken and goat anecdotes, of course, but I thought it would be great if other people would participate as well.
