Hello everyone.
I need a bit of help or someone to bounce ideas off of.
I've been raising chickens for about 3 years now and recently I took in 2 silkie pullets.
One with eye issues that have been resolved.
The second and older of the two is a work in progress.
She is about a month old.
Has slipped tendon on the left leg. It's able to be popped back but won't stay.
She is receiving a B complex supplement along with high quality organic feed.
She's getting 'physical therapy ' for the right leg to strengthen it.
Leg is stretched and worked with at least 3 times a day.
Please, is there ANYTHING you know of that might help her? The bone is not twisted, but yet the leg keeps going to the side. She's able to hold herself up with the right leg and I'm hoping that if worst comes to worst, she can live a happy one-legged life.
Is there anything else I can do?
Surgery A vet can preform?
I want to give her the best possible chance
