Sacramento California Easter Egg Rooster in need of a home.

I live in Rancho Cordova and sadly we are only allowed to have hens. My Easter Egg chicken turned out to be a Rooster. Since we are not allowed to keep him i would like to find him a good home. He is under a year old and very sweetband gentle. If he wasnt so loud and disturbing my neighbors i would try and keep him. We have even tried one of those no crow collars. It didnt work
