Swollen Eye, clear discharge... Treatment options?

I'm new to chickens...about a month back I found on of my reds dead in the coop after letting the other girls out. Prior her death I thought she was just going through a molt, she'd also stand around holding one foot up and act like she was nodding off to sleep... Fast forward to today,i noticed another red's eye was swollen, white with a clear liquid discharge. I pulled her and have her by herself tonight until i figure out what to do.

I have 4 rocks, 4 isa browns and 3 reds, they free range 1/2 the day and it's our 3 day of cold weather around 35 degrees ferinheit at day and the coop stays around 38-41...

Any guidance is greatly appreciated, the picture isn't very good b/c of the heat lamp...

Can you turn the heat lamp off and post some more photos of the eyes?
Are both eyes swollen?
Do they have pus in them?
Any signs of coughing, wheezing, sneezing, discharge from the nose?
Have you added any new chickens to your flock in the last 30days?

It's possible she may have a respiratory illness. There are quite a few so it's hard to determine which one she may have without testing.

Flush the eye with saline, try to remove as much pus as you can from the eye and apply Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment to the eye.

Make sure she is staying hydrated, offer her some wet feed, hard boiled egg or a little tuna.

Chickens that are ill can benefit from being kept slightly warmer than normal, but keep check to make sure she isn't overheating.

Been using VetRx under her wings and nasal openings
Did a warm salt water soak to try to drawl out infection
Put a drop of ciprofloxacin on her sick eye
She's still not eating
Thoughts?

Whatever the cause of the eye infection whether it's from respiratory illness or some type of bacterial infection from a scratch, peck, etc., the pus needs to be removed in order for it to start getting better.

Chicken pus is a semi-hard cheese like substance that won't heal on it's own. Even with eye drops and/or antibiotic treatment the gunk has to come out.
