Day 21!! No chicks

Hi guys!
I'm using an incubator and my eggs didn't hatch (36 eggs). I candled them.Some of them are clear.while others seem to hatch but some of them have air sacs in both sides.
At first 5 days my humidity was 64-67% . Did I killed them .

I would wait a while. 21 days isn't a guarantee, some may hatch a day or two late

What is your incubator temperature?
What humidity did you have for day 1 to 18, and what about now?

Temperature was 37.5-38.1 C
And humidity was 64-68%
