why a pullet egg now??

I have 17 hens that have been laying regularly. All of a sudden today, I get a pullet size egg from one of my Aracaunas! Any idea why?
 
There are occasional glitches in the system. Does the egg have a yolk or not? Either way it's not anything to be concerned with.
