Does anyone have an experience with the little giant egg incubator? How was your experience with it?

Too much experience. I had an old one given to me that I had to refurbish and then I was given a new one.
They are cheap but unreliable. Very touchy on the temp control.
I call mine the embryo executioner.
Lots of people have hatched lots of birds out of them but if you have some leeway on price. go for something else.
Hovabators are not much more and more reliable.

If you have any other options I would not recommend a LG.
I have 45 eggs in mine on day 14 and just caught it at 105F. For how long I don't know.
It had been reading 98.5 so I turned it up a bit and it was hovering around 99 so I left it alone and then this spike.

I have had both newer digitals. Still air and forced air.

Temps spikes, cold and hot spots in the corners up to 6 deg. Each way. The temp probe is very iffy because it moves as the eggs turn. Any movement with it changes how the temp is read.

The humidity indicator is worthless. Lids didn't seal.

Lost more than I hatched.

If you have a lot of time to babysit the incubator it might do ok.

I would look at hovabator esp. The genesis 1588.

I have a few, I modified them as you can see in some pics. Holds temp great and no hot or cold spots.
