loosing neck feathers,

I have 2 ducks, about 2/3 years old and they are always picking at each others necks, they are both ladies, sine they both lay and ive only seen them do this to each other. any suggestions on how to get them to look pretty again?
Also, any idea of what kind they are?

I can't tell from the photos, are their necks picked clean, or are their neck feathers just white?

They are white feathers, but they are shorter, like they are growing in. Maybe the ducks are just turning white??? IDK?

They look like mix breeds.... I think their heads are just white.

Ok, They are are about a 2 and a half now, here is a picture of them when they were babies and at about 6 months old.

I know some ducks get whiter as they age, so that must be the case here.....

These look like cayugas to me. The females do start to get white feathers add they age. They are very pretty!

These do have white when they were babies too though. Maybe just bad quality Cayugas....

No such thing as a bad quality Duck......I love them all.......

The white feathers always look shorter.....

cayuga crossed with swede i think, and yes they do get patches of snow as they age

they are very pretty
