Is salt okay for chickens?

I made bone broth soup and some of it did not get finished so I fed it to my chickens for the good protein. It did have added salt in it. Is that bad for the chickens?

A little extra salt won't hurt them. As long as you didn't put a whole salt lick in it, they'll be fine.
