little giant still air incubator 9200

Any suggestions on how to get my little giant still air incubator 9200 I've been trying to adjust this incubator it keeps going up to 102-103 anyone have any tricks to get this this to calibrate correctly? and its been over a day now.

thanks me too ive got some really nice hatching eggs and my other incubator i already have turkey eggs in lol

The 9200 is still air if I remember right. Unless a fan has been added you want the temp to be 101 to 102 taken at the top of the eggs.
