I'm interested in gathering some data about how people keep chickens in my city of Englewood, Colorado (which has an existing thread about laws). The goal is to learn what factors in keeping chickens are important to residents so that the local code can reflect those values.
It occurred to me that the answers to the questions might be interesting outside of my city. I'd also love to get help in writing good survey questions and then promoting the survey.
I found a survey published by the oxford university press in 2014 that covers the United States with great detail (maybe a little too much detail!).
Are there any other sources of surveys that people know?
Is anyone else interested in helping to write and promote a survey? If so, please comment and/or send a private message.

Thanks in advance for any advice and help!

I think my process will be:
- To write questions over the next few weeks.
- To give the survey to a small group of people (~10).
- To adjust the questions based on those initial answers (this and step 2 should take ~2 weeks).
- To promote the survey as broadly as possible - this step may take a month or so.
Thanks in advance for any advice and help!
