I'm moving to the Great Barrington area this summer and am excited to get a few acres and some chickens. I'm still researching where to get, how many I can have, roosters, etc., but if anyone here knows already I'd love to learn! Just joined today

Welcome. I'm not far from there. Not sure of the specific rules in great Barrington though. I have a small flock of spoiled silkies. They are so great!
