What have you named your chickens?

We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of two buff orps next week. I've also called a local breeder to see if she has any blue orps. This being our first time raising chickens in our backyard, I thought three was a good number. We have already decided on names for the two buffs. They will be Nelly PeckHen and Beatrice Beakman. They will be living in the C. Everett Coop. LOL!IF I get a blue I have no idea yet on a name.

That being said, I wanted to see what other chicken lovers have named their fuzzy butts.

Penelope is on my list for the Blue Orp along with Elenore, Harriet & Mabel. I'm leaning toward Harriet. Crossing my fingers I can get the blue. If not, next year.

I have 6 black australorps that are 6 days old. My kids (ages 6,5,4,&3) helped with the naming.

Lena, Lulu, Moe, Cutie, Noodle, and Nellie. I was hoping for mostly pullets, but they way they are feathering out I think Nellie, Lena, Lulu, and Noodle may be boys.

2 White Silkies named Teriyaki and Pot Pie....love them.
