Raw Corn for chickens?

Once you feed it to them you will NEVER be able to eat corn on the cob around them again. They will surround you staring and drooling until you drop the corn and run for your life.

Is raw corn good for chickens that I want to produce eggs from?

Presuming it's not moldy or something it's fine for them in moderate quantities.

we were at the zoo yesterday and they had a cob of corn screwed into an eye bolt thing and hung by a chain. Looked pretty smart. I didn't get to see the chickens eating it because the kernels were all gone - I wonder how much it swings around when they are trying to eat it.
