I'm in Wauconda and am just beginning the journey towards ordinance change. Maybe in a year we'll have seen some change.
Mundelein, if I understand correctly, is in full swing so you might want to search for some threads about that.

I see that this thread is around 2 years old, but I just moved to Burbank IL and I really want to work to get this local ordinance changed. I am wondering if there is anyone out there now in Burbank.
