How much and where do you use Sweet PDZ?

Now I have the sweet PDZ, how much do you use and where do you put it? I put it in the run and the hen house and sprinkle it along with the DE. I am hoping that between the both of them, I won't notice any smell from the ducks and the flies will all disappear.

What is sweet PDZ?

Sweet PDZ is a natural product used to neutralize orders (i.e. amonia) and deter flies. People with horses and cows use it. I started to use it yesterday. It is safe for livestock (and Chickens) and when you throw the chicken gunk into the garden it won't harm your plants...in fact it may improve it.

I mix my Sweet PDZ with DE and use a hand crank spreader almost full, all around the run, on the roost and inside the hen house.

I'm in Colorado and the temperature is above average and we've hit our Summer monsoon and the smell and the coops are outrageous. I've heard wonders about this sweet pdz but, the coops have a dirt floors, how much de and sweet pdz would you use for a 10 by 12 run?
