Need help to identify a new chick to make sure it will be a rooster.

I just purchased a new chick last week in hopes to introduce a rooster in the future to my barred rock hens. The breeder was insistent that this is a rooster but everything I read causes me to have doubts. Any experts able to help identify this chick sex?

I think you have a lil roo there. boys usually have irregular spots on their heads that blend into the black, while girls have a distinct round white spot that doesn't blend very much into the black.
