JN8-48 Incubator Humidity

Hi

I am trying set up a new JN8-48 incubator but cannot get the humidity % above 30 I have filled both small channels
please can anyone help

How long has it been running for? Pour some water in the area between the channels

Ive just had a failed incubation with this, first time too. So gonna do,some checking on temps and humidity and try the same chooks eggs in the old bator to check.

Mine seems to sit about 45-55 with both channels and some water in the area between them, and 7 eggs

Have been running 24 hours will try added some more water and see what happens Ive ordered a humidity reader just to check its reading right.

For my incubators, I have a separate humidity sensor that I stick inside of my incubator.
