Hello there,
This is my first post. I have wanted to keep chickens for so long but wasn't sure if I could have them. Can't I just keep them as pets? We're surrounded by tons of farmland, and people just down the street have horses, chickens, cattle, etc. I know just this past year, Sacramento County now allows people to keep some as pets....
If I can't claim them as pets, how do I get them to change the laws??
I'm so new at this. Any advice would be helpful.
