We've been luck here in San Antonio. So far the temps have been reasonable. Looks like triple digits are coming! I have two Barred Rock hens. I have a number of shaded areas and three places for them to get water. They should be ok, right?? They seem to have no interest in frozen water bottles to help them cool off.

I would place a fan outside of the coop blowing in toward them all the time. Triple digits are dangerous for a chicken. Heat stress can often cause death or weakness. Change their water every day and keep them in shady places as much as you can. You can also put frozen 2 liter bottles in their sleeping shelter right before they go to bed to cool off the shelter.
