I think the easiest way forward for you would be to get some breeding stock, i.e. chickens. What breeds have you got in mind?

Do you have any experience in the poultry business? Maybe it would be good to start small and see if this is something you would like to continue with. Large scale hatcheries cost a lot to set up and probably do not show a profit for quite awhile. I do hope you will be successful.
