Help, is this mite eggs or lice eggs?

My hen has mites or lice not sure can someone please help me identify which pest I am dealing with.
Will Ivermectin kill the eggs as well.
Also I understand that if I use ivermectin there is a withdrawal period and I cannot eat the eggs,
but for how long? And why do people say if I use ivermectin that the eggs can NEVER be sold for market?
Does this mean the eggs will NEVER be safe for my own consumption? Because I never intend to sell the eggs,
but do want to have healthy eggs at some point in time.

It's all too easy to overdose with ivermectin I would dust with sevine poultry dust and then dust again in 10 days to catch anything that hatches afterwards. There are also pyrethrum sprays on the market.

I use Manna Pro Poultry Protector on a maintenance basis. It is a spray, easy to use and all natural. I spray once a month.

Macrocyclic lac tones ( ie ivermectin ) are not effective against most lice and not recommended in layers due to the high residue in eggs and meat.
