incubating and hatching eggs

hey I have a LG incubator, turner no fan and on my only attempt so far I got 25 healthy chicks to hatch out of 38 eggs. which is pretty good. I was just wondering what are yall hatch rates on yall incubator.

My homemade incubator I've been getting about 40 % hatch rate. The one we purchased we are only getting like a 5% hatch rate. I think it has to do with the temperature spikes we've occasionally had.

What type of chickens do u have

Most of the chickens we are hatching are mixes. We have been hatching A&M quail as well.

My last 5 hatches (about 250 chicks) has been 99.something percent with my cabinet incubator and about 87% with styrofoam.
