My duccle was born in march and has a HUGE swollen belly! It is all black. It seems like she is pushing or trying to push. I tried to help her push and all that came out was a big blob of red blood and then it went back into her... She did poop and liquid came out. What is that bloody red thing? Blood did come off of it.

Where is it swollen? Look up vent prolapse. She might be prolapsing. Sorry I can't be of more help- internet speed is slow here so you could googke it faster than I could.

It sounds like she is prolapsing to me. If the bloody red thing comes out every time she pushes.

it was when i pushed for her. Is it best to cull her or treat her every time this happens?

I hate to say because I would hate to cull her and then lose an egg layer if treat able. Then on the other hand I hate to keep her and her possibly die and then be out the meat.

We raised her as a pet. We have layers, meaties and then our fancy pets.
