I agree with pullet but I don't agree with if it's 5 months it would be crowing. I have a couple of cockerels that are 5+ months and they have not crowed yet. I'm sure it's because they don't want the other cockerels knowing they are boys and a possible threat. Or they are "chicken" of the other cockerels and don't want to fight :cd

Possible, maybe they are biding their time until they are older and hope to have missed the cull or re home process

No rooster feathering. at 5 months, so that should be a pullet. Looks to be white Leghorn[should get white earlobes and lay white eggs], not white Rock, explaining the big comb and wattle, and long tail.
