budgie:male or female?

Hello there , I have my budgie (lutino i think) for 5 months now.i have read many forums but I couldnt figure out the gender of my budgie.i would be very thankful if someone could help me in this.here is a picture.

P.s : I'm thinking of getting him/her a partner and I dont want to make a mistake and buy the same gender...I believe its a girl but second and third opinions are more than welcome.

A male will have a blue color on top of his beak.

Yes thats true but sometimes its hard to figure out the sex because of their mutations .I ll go for one that is definetely male .thank you by the way

Female birds have a pink/red beak. I've noticed that it will get redder as they age.

i m pretty certain thats a male,not a female.a recessive pied male budgie will have a "pink" cere not blue. and very young females have white on their ceres no matter what color it is .

i have photos of male and female recessive pied but unfortunately i was unable to figure out how to post photos...sorry
