How do I get started selling chicks?

I recently bought an incubator so I can hatch and sell chicks. I set 15 eggs and they should hatch in about 2 weeks. I do not want to ship chicks (yet). I need some advice please.

I sell all of my chicks on Craigslist because I do not like shipping chicks.
I do ship hatching eggs with no problems, however.
You can also put up flyers at your local feed stores.
