Hi! I'm so glad I found this forum. This is my first time raising chickens and I'm in love! We have 22 total. 2 roosters and 20 hens. We have Barred Rock, Easter Egg (can't spell or pronounce the real name), RR, Buffs, and Black sex link. They are 7 months old and got them when they were a day or two old. We got our first egg last week, but none since. We build a wonderful chicken house and will post pics later. Our chicks free range but all I have to do is call them and they come running! Loving being a chicken mom.
