I have a broody pen that I built underneath our nesting boxes. My silkie went broody and of course, chose one of the nesting boxes 3 feet off the ground. She is currently sitting on some fertile khaki campbell duck eggs as I don't have fertile chicken eggs. I tried moving her and the eggs at night but the next morning she was off the next and franticly running back and forth in the broody pen until I let her out and then she went back to her original nest. I moved the eggs back under her.

So any advice or suggestions? Its not terribly important for her to hatch these out.

It sounds like you have a "determined broody" there!! Since she is insisting on being in that particular nesting box about the only thing you can do at this point is to put a 1 x 6 board of sorts across the front of the box so if she does hatch them they won't spill out accidentally....at first. After they hatch then you'll have to move her and the babies to a new location.
