Quail sexing, HELP!

I have 2 juveniles that I cant tell. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK !

Both roosters. I typically cull the roosters colored the way the one in the bottom picture is because they are harder to sex at early ages. That is a personal preference because I prefer the birds remain easy to autosex the way the wild type (pharaoh) colored quail are supposed to be.
