Just picked these two up at the sale are they muscovy and can you tell male or female? Any help is appreciated

Do They look like This, usually back and white or cream color just like the females, This is a male

and This is a female with her brood

Males are much bigger than the females.
They make a hissing sound
Both Are.my pretty birds
