I read somewhere that they should have their voice by 10 weeks or something I could b wrong but it just makes me curious

I have a Pekin, a blue swedish, and a black swedish. The Pekin has had its soft quack for several weeks but the swedish sound like babies still. I've had them for 6 weeks almost fully feathered just a lil fuzz under their wings. Curiosity kills me I just wanna know what they are. LOL

Ya lol I no the feeling my one female starting quacking around 6 or 7 weeks old but it was only a few quacks every other peep it was funny like a teenagers voice breaking

I have pekins but 1 I knew by 8-9 weeks was a boy and the other didn't do anything but peep till 12ish weeks. Now at 14 weeks one has a full blown drake feather and the other is starting to get one. If you haven't heard a quack by now I wouldn't hold your breath that it's a girl.
