Seems as if I have a hen that has contracted Fowl Pox!! Noticed her left eye was closed during inspection last Saturday...and then I asked my good friend Google, about "one eye closed in chickens" and the first thing that came up was Fowl Pox!
After much reading and research, I came to do a closer inspection of her....and yes, she had POX on her waddles & comb!
I ran to the feed store to get their take on the situation and they agreed that it was Fowl Pox!
We live in Florida, and since this is a mosquito borne virus...I am sure this is correct!
I then washed her face and applied a non steroridal ointment and let her go. She is eating and drinking like normal.
I have 5 other hens and none of the others are showing symptoms!
I have been treating her everyday with a warm water comb and waddles wash and ointment, and she has since taken to the coop during the day...off and on, to sleep I am thinking.
Tonight, I brought them some treats, and she came out of the coop, and was bullied by the others!
She is looking a bit thin, even though she is eating...tomorrow I am thinking I need to isolate her from the flock to be able to monitor her a bit closer. Just not sure if I sure isolate her in a cage within the run, so she doesn't feel "ousted" from the rest of the flock, or if I should completely remove her!
I have read the thread about Fowl Pox, and this was not mentioned...so I am asking for opinions, on what my next step should be!

Can you post a picture of her eye and the spots on her wattles and comb? Many suggest isolation with pox so that mosquitoes don't spread it within the flock. It's strange that no one in the flock else has any pox. Look around for any puddles of standing water where mosquitoes may breed. You can use screen wire cut into strips to make a curtain for your coop door to keep them out of the coop. Feed your chicken egg, and a good poultry feed, and make sure that she is eating well, since not eating may lead to death with pox. Here are some links about pox:

I will take a picture of her pox tomorrow, but they look just like all the pox images you can see online. Little dried scabby like things!!
And, YES I think it is very odd the others don't have any POX as well!
I think the reason I feel like isolating her is due to the bulling I saw tonight...and since she doesn't have full eye sight, with one eye closed most of the time!!
Heavy Sigh
