So, I'm new to the whole chicken thing and apparently I just found out my Cochin is a rooster and he has been trying to breed with my Buff Brahma. I also have some Americanas aka Easter Egg Layers. I'm not sure if he is able to breed with them or not. Is it highly likely that he can breed successfully with my Buff Brahma? Also what would be a good incubator? I found one on Amazon that was $600, but was on sale for $112 and it turns the eggs. It also holds up to 48 eggs. It may be a little too complicated for me for being a beginner. Any input is welcomed!
