Help! Sticky shrink wrapped chick

I did a no no and helped the last chick hatch after 26 hrs. I've been able to pull off most of the wrapping a little at a time but it's like its covered in a hard sticky glue. Chick is moving around and peeping but its head is covered with a glue like "shell"
 
Not yet just hatched but I got legs and wings free I'll go take a pic I made her more wet because I had to lay her on the sponge to soften the membrane enough to release it

She's walking!!! Gonna leave her in the bator to fluff! Hoping for the best!
 
Once you move her to the brooder, if she is still sorta crusty or matted, you can try gently brushing her with a dry toothbrush a little at a time. She may fluff up on her own in a day or 2. I had one like this and she was crusty around her eyes and beak and I thought maybe she was uncomfortable, so I used a damp q-tip on that area.
