I have never started a thread before so I am not sure what I do. I am new to this site and just read about heating your chicken coop and I was very surprised by what I had read and will go turn of my heat lamp right after I get off computer. I only have 6 Rhodesian Reds but I have raised them since they were a yellow ball and have stayed up all night worrying over them being cold and wet. They are my babies. I am building my 3rd chicken coop and hope that it will last and I can get 6 more. I have not had luck in buying chicken coops so I bought a blue print and have hired someone to come and build it for me. Will show pics after its done!
