I am contemplating getting a pair of Buff geese. I don't want to keep all of the goslings they may hatch. How long must the goslings stay with the parents before they can be separated?

That question is up to you. Do you plan on hatching them and getting rid of them asap? They don't need there parents to live. You can take them away and brood them yourself to acclimate them to humans. I like to leave them for a couple weeks if it's safe to do. I like the momma to feel like she did her job or I take the eggs away just before they hatch and do it that way. It's all up to you and what your choice is.

Will the momma be upset if I take away the goslings after a few weeks? Will she get aggressive?

I'm sure she's not going to be happy but after a while she's will get over it. I think it's easier to hatch them myself or let her raise them tell they are feathered out and ready to move on.
