Silkie hen with foamy eye and sneezing a lot

What could she have?
I think respiratory or a cold, but am I right?
Just noticed it tonight. I've been reading about Tylan soluble and wondering if I should try it

That sounds like mycoplasma (MG) although testing is the only way to know for sure. Tylan 50 injectable or Tylan Soluble (if she is drinking well) would treat the symptoms. Here is some reading about MG and other infections:

I also so that it could be MG when I searched the internet,but never saw a a way to cure it in all the things I read. Is it completely curable or is it something that will come back?
another question: should the affected hen be separated from the flock or is MG contagious and they should all be treated? I think I'm goingto go the soluble route, as my family doesn't want to hurt her by giving injections (they are afraid they will give it to her in the wrong spot) and I have a needle phobia haha
She does seem to be drinking OK
I haven't checked on her this morning yet though.
I did read that any eggs given to you by the chicken being treated with Tylan should not be eaten until 1 day after the treatment is over?
I just have to figure out where I can get Tylan 50 soluble. TSC doesn't sell it...maybe another farm stor around here?
