I have to have some clue as to the # wishing to sell so I can best situate us for selling.
We will be in the parking lot I am hoping to have the space in front of the store.
I require a list (and I know things change) just give me an idea and a photo so I can set out
teaser postings at several media sources to advertise about a week before event.
you must have seller info and list to me before April 10
All sellers must bring whatever is required to clean up after them selves
no birds allowed not in cages, or at least visible enough for selling. People like to see what they are getting
Please be set up and ready to sell at 9 a.m. sharp
Please have a pricing list beforehand, even if it's just a piece of paper in your pocket, (I know this can change too for large sales or end of day sales)
I would like to have this go just as smoothly as possible, get to meet some new poultry friends, & make a little money
we had fun last year but the method needed to be tweaked a touch and since we have this much time before the actual event. I feel us adults should be able to get it together in time.
There is NO CHARGE to come to this event in any capacity
There will probably be a RAFFLE
as for folks just attending is a buyers capacity
I will not know for certain what is coming for sale
