Help. Poorly leg

I've helped my daughter's school hatch some chicks.the last one to hatch, which took almost three days to come out has got a weird leg. it can't stand up and falls over to the side. it's not spraddle leg for sure abd I've checked for the tendon problem. it looks as though it's hip is poking out and making its leg fold under itself. I'm not sure what to do?
